they were ridiculously bad about answering the phone, returning calls, answering emails, answering faxes. i'm usually a pretty tolerant, easy-going customer, but they stretched beyond my limit. my motor was good in quality and price, tho, when i did finally get it. it is mostly the shipping company that screwed everything up (GI Trucking, completely incompetent) but it was Venus Auto that contracted them, and should have been responsible for setting them straight, not me. anyway, i would imagine if you can walk into the shop it's a totally different deal.
